As a leader, you don’t have to look far these days before you find some type of reference to leadership, empathy, and culture.

During a recent Extraordinary Leader Coaching Gym, the topic of imposter syndrome emerged.

We often say, “It starts with an intention!” What we are trying to say is that whatever the “it” is can be enhanced with a clear intention.

You’ve likely experienced the phenomenon of some kind of overwhelm, exhaustion, depletion, funk, or burnout.

As coaches we spend a lot of time helping people look forward. At times we encourage them to look back and reflect on what has gone well and what they would like to improve.
