I was feeling a combination of sadness, anger, fear, and relief. On the way to work in the morning I was a Club Manager and now on a drive home to my family I was not.

We spend so much time driving forward and although we do need a focus on where we are going; there are times when it is prudent to look at where we are and where we have been.

If you are a passionate student, you can find learning everywhere. You can learn from anyone and learn from anything.

You might be thinking “Why would I need to connect with a coach?” and secondly” I don’t even have one.” If you are a member of CMAA you have a coach. In fact, you have two.

It takes courage to make big life decisions. It takes courage to advance in your career. It takes courage to have that difficult conversation that you just don’t want to have.
