Summer Activity Guide

Description

In May of 2019, Belle Meade Country Club distributed a Summer Activity Guide. This 10 page booklet, includes the summer calendar of events including tennis and golf camps and advertisements for upcoming events is designed specifically to guide families through the always hectic summertime.

Implementation

We decided to print this guide when research found that younger families were not always paying close attention to the information in the monthly newsletter or weekly or daily emails. The design of a family-friendly booklet that ONLY included the items that pertained to them was sure to assist in getting them the necessary information. We heard many positive comments from members that kept up with their Summer Activity Guide all summer and used it to plan all of their fun activities. We also saw an uptick in all of our family social events in the summertime.
