BMI Financial Literacy

The BMI Financial Literacy Program is a rigorous, week-long curriculum that elevates the financial acumen of private club professionals, equipping Certified Club Managers (CCM) and Certified Club Executives (CCE) to confidently communicate complex financial dynamics to boards and finance committees. Building progressively from accounting foundations and KPI mastery to capital planning and industry benchmarking, each day blends structured instruction with hands-on application workshops using attendees' own club financials. Participants leave with a graded competency assessment, a personalized action plan, and a leadership education strategy that transforms financial literacy into an organizational capability for data-driven governance.

Due to the intensive curriculum, the class size is limited to 25 and attendees are required to be in class the entire week.
