Do you know a club management professional who sets the standard for excellence? It's time to recognize and honor their achievements! Annually, Club Management magazine honors a high-performing club management professional who exemplifies excellence in leadership with the Club Executive of the Year Award. Created 40 years ago as the Club Manager of the Year Award, today the distinction specifically recognizes top-level executives whose sustained contributions have had a significant impact on their clubs, communities, and the broader profession.
Help us honor an extraordinary club management professional who raises the bar in club management and within the CMAA community. CMAA welcomes and encourages nominations from diverse backgrounds and work experiences.

CMAA Students Awarded Scholarships and Grants
Supporting undergraduate students aspiring toward careers in the club industry is an important element of The Club Foundation’s mission of supporting professionals at every stage of their careers. In addition to funding multiple other student activities (National Student Education Conference and student activities at the World Conference), the following two programs are awarded each summer:
The Student Chapter Grant includes travel funds to support students attending the annual World Conference. This year’s awardees are:

Share Your Opinion to Help Guide Research
CMAA is conducting a short survey to evaluate research topics that will add value to CMAA and the private club industry overall.
Annually, CMAA Student Chapter Faculty are invited to submit research proposals for The Club Foundation Research Grant. To enhance the evaluation process, your feedback will be used to prioritize which submissions are approved for research projects.
This survey will take less than five minutes to complete, and your input will be very helpful in shaping the direction of future research projects.

The 2024 Compensation & Benefits Report, a detailed report of salary, benefit, and labor key performance indicators, is now available to all CMAA members. This report is based on FY2024 data.
This report is a collaboration with Club Benchmarking, a CMAA Executive Partner.
