CMAA makes every effort to keep attendee expenses for the Leadership/Legislative Conference, including registration fees and hotel accommodations, as affordable as possible. We work diligently to secure competitive hotel rates and to ensure registration dollars are used efficiently to support a high-value, accessible conference experience.
CMAA strongly encourages all participants to reserve a room within the official hotel block at The Westin. Doing so supports not only the Conference, but also more favorable terms for future meetings. While in some instances, less expensive accommodations may be available from third party booking sites, reservations made outside the official block do not contribute to CMAA’s contracted room commitments. When those commitments are not met, CMAA is subject to financial penalties that ultimately increase the cost of future events for all attendees.
